LedWatchWorld will offer the right to cancel any order within 14 days providing the product is in its original condition and packaging. On our acceptance of the product, our Returns department will examine and/or carry out tests. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exhange any watch that has been worn, personalised or had its bracelet adjusted unless it is faulty.

Items returned after 14 days may be accepted if they are in a resalable state, however this at our discretion and we have the right to refuse the item. Unless faulty, any return purchased which include free delivery, which are subsequently returned will be subject to a deduction of £7.99 to cover postage and packaging costs. Your money will be refunded within 28 days.

Returns should be sent to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery so parcels can be tracked and insured.

Notice of your wish to cancel must be made by using the contact us form on the site. We will then provide you with a RMA number and our returns address.
